Stop slouching! Fix your back with this easy trick!
I’m not going to waste your time at all! All you need is a really long cloth, preferably 1 yard long ( or whatever length that will allow you to wrap the garment around you twice!)
Now follow these steps:
1) Wrap the garmet around your neck ( ONCE) like you are wearing a scarf
Like so, Notice that the scarf is placed over her armpit. From here you will move to the second step.
2. Tuck the scarf under ( Both) of your armpits until you reach your back. There you will grab the opposite scarf from each hand and bring both into the front.
The cloth should form an X on your back
3. When each side is brought to your front ( Forward facing) tie the material into a knot ( not too tightly though because you don’t want to strain your neck). You should instantly feel the difference.
You can stay like this all day if you want, it’s up to you! either way, doing this enough will eventually help your posture!
